We have a huge network of agents prepared to help you get what you want. Cause if they don’t–THEY’RE CUT!!!!!! We can’t afford to send you to the wrong agent. It’s a waste of everyone’s time and I hate wasting time.

Time to get happy and get into a neighborhood that gives you the chance to walk places or doesn’t get you killed. No one wants to see you fat from inactivity…or dead from stray bullets.

Got a job in Miami and am planning on moving there in a few months, but was hoping to find a walkable/bikeable/runnable neighborhood. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I left Tucson only because my 82 year young mother wanted to return to Hawaii. BIG MISTAKE! It’s a great place to vacation, but I can’t afford to live here much longer. I want to find a great place we can move back to on the Mainland, that I can afford! I look forward to hearing from you!!!

Hi, I’m looking for walkable cities/neighborhoods. When my son goes to college in 2 years, I will be an “empty-nester.” I work at home and can take my job with me anywhere in the continental US, although I am interested in perhaps getting an outside job. I am currently living somewhere that has very little within walking distance. (Wappingers Falls, NY).

I’m looking for a neighborhood that is walkable (for nearly everything) and affordable. I make 50,000 a year. I am not going to be able to buy – I need to rent. No more than $1400 for a 2-bedroom, and preferably less than $1200.

To complicate things, I need an apartment and a neighborhood/city that is wheelchair accessible. I don’t walk at all so that means absolutely no steps in the apartment, lots of curb cuts in the neighborhood – I have good stamina for pushing the chair, but a place with a lot of hills would be too difficult. Warm weather is nice, but I am not ruling cold cities out entirely. One of the problems with finding wheelchair accessible housing is that many of the places that have it are for seniors only or for low income groups (public housing, Section 8).

I have done a lot of looking around on the internet, and unfortunately the rents in some of the most walkable places are too high for me. I would love to go back to New York City if I could find an accessible, affordable apartment in a safe area. That would pretty much rule out Manhattan.. Queens and Brooklyn, maybe.

I would like to be able to walk to grocery stores, a library, churches, restaurants, parks, etc. Being near a major medical center would be a plus. I would like to live near good (frequent, every day) public transportation which is accessible (for instance, Atlanta and Washington DC have wheelchair accessible rail, but in NYC only a few stations are accessible, making it impossible to use for most trips).

Thank you.
