Dan Troxel
Dan Troxel is a licensed Realtor serving the Southwest Ohio region. Mr. Troxel specializes in refurbishing homes and linking prospective buyers to homes in walkable neighborhoods.
Prior to working in the real estate industry, Mr. Troxel was a Transportation Planner for several years with the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission in Dayton, Ohio. At MVRPC, he managed the bikeway and short-range transportation funding programs.
Mr. Troxel graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Miami University.
